If you encounter a problem with our Awox products, please check first to see if it is not just a request to reset the item. 

 

If the problem persists, please contact your dealer who must first see if he can find a solution. If this is not possible, your dealer will return the item to our service department for testing by our technicians, and see if a repair is possible.

 

Please note that your reseller is the intermediary between you and our after-sales service.
